Our Venue

We play our table tennis at Neville Lovett Community School in Fareham, we have our very own clubroom and sports facilities. We hold training sessions in the main sports hall, where we are able to comfortably position 16 tables, with surrounds. This is an ideal venue for training and competitions as we also have a comfortable seating and refreshment area which looks out into the sports hall. Some photos of our venue are shown below.

The match Hall (located next to the sports hall) is where our local league matches are played on a Wednesday evening. We have installed high quality lighting which makes this gymnasium, arguably the best match-play venue in the South of England.

Coaching

Generation 2 TTC was formed in 1971 and is currently an ETTA Advanced "Premier Club" with ClubMark accreditation. We utilise professional coaches for all areas of player and volunteer development. We specialise in coaching for all ages, with our UKCC qualified coaches.

At Generation 2 we aim to support, educate and progress each individual according to their personal abilities. We strive on supporting our players to achieve their maximum potential whether that be at county, national or international level.

Teams:

We have many teams entered in the local league (Gosport & Fareham League, Portsmouth League and Southampton League), as well as National League Teams (National Junior League and British League), in which our players can practice their skills and gain some valuable experience in friendly competition prior to competing in National Ranking Tournaments.
